How do I measure myself for waist beads?

They typically fall below the navel, right above the hips, but many choose to wear them right above the bellybutton.

1.  Use a measuring tape

2.  Place measuring tape on bare skin where you want your beads to hang etc. below or above your navel.

3.  Stand up straight while measuring and leave a little wiggle room.

4.  Read the tape. Look at the place on the tape where zero tip meets the other end of the tape measure. The location of this meeting point is your measurement.
