Barre Express

Total body workout for all skill levels. It focuses on high-intensity/low impact movements that improve strength and flexibility for every body. We include planks, push-ups, a series of arm exercises, lower body work and of course, CORE! Targeting multiple muscle groups at once while making tiny movements can and will make you stronger. Expect your favorite Barre moves packed into a 30-45 minute class.

Beginner’s Yoga

If you have never tried yoga before—or are just starting your yoga practice—this is where you want to start. A beginner yoga class spends more time on physical postures and incorporating movement to breath. We will take more time on focusing on safe alignment, slow movements, and breathing with purpose and intention.

Yin Yoga

Open your mind and body through deep muscle stretching. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style that can be meditatitive and relaxing. Postures are held for longer periods of time with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

I hereby agree to the following:

  1. That I am participating in the classes offered by Peace of Khandi LLC during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risk and hazards involved.

  2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in all classes with Peace of Khandi. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in class.

  3. I take full responsibility for the risk, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which may incur as a result of participating in the programs.

  4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any Peace of Khandi class, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressively waive any claim I may have against Peace of Khandi LLC for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

  5. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to participate without parental consent.  

  6. I understand that no instructor with Peace of Khandi will be held responsible for any injury I incur while participating in class with Peace of Khandi.

  7. Images and videos of myself during practice will be utilized for marketing purposes on social media and other marketing avenues.
