Barre Express
Total body workout for all skill levels. It focuses on high-intensity/low impact movements that improve strength and flexibility for every body. We include planks, push-ups, a series of arm exercises, lower body work and of course, CORE! Targeting multiple muscle groups at once while making tiny movements can and will make you stronger. Expect your favorite Barre moves packed into a 30-45 minute class.
Beginner’s Yoga
If you have never tried yoga before—or are just starting your yoga practice—this is where you want to start. A beginner yoga class spends more time on physical postures and incorporating movement to breath. We will take more time on focusing on safe alignment, slow movements, and breathing with purpose and intention.
Yin Yoga
Open your mind and body through deep muscle stretching. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style that can be meditatitive and relaxing. Postures are held for longer periods of time with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
