Greetings Peace Warriors!
I am Cantrece “Khandi” White.; a US Air Force Veteran, wife, mother; a lover of music, movement and good food.
A few years ago, I set out on a journey to find and keep my peace while trying to remain comfortable in my skin. I wanted to ‘get back to me!’ I started running and practicing mindful movement. While training for the Kiawah Marathon I was introduced to yoga as a recovery activity. I began to learn the benefits of taking the practice of yoga off the mat and wanted to share it with women like me, who were on the same quest. They were trying to get back to “themselves” and keep their mind, body and soul balanced.
As I continue my journey, now being a certified yoga and barre instructor, I want to support, motivate, and inspire you on this journey to find your peace.
